McLarney took this office space and gave it full overhaul. The tenant improvement build consisted of open offices, phone rooms, conference rooms, break rooms, machine shops, labs and multiple operating rooms. We installed new HVAC units, restroom cores and Title 24 lighting throughout the building. On the exterior we re-striped new parking stalls and installed ADA compliant ramps. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and are looking forward to many more opportunities with this repeat client.
