Market Ready to Tenant Improvement, McLarney took this campus and gave it new life. For this specific building project, we took over 90,000 SF market ready space and built it out to fit our clients needs as a new R&D facility. A full functioning vehicle garage features car lifts, roll-up doors, and multiple design labs. On the office side of the building, we built out private and open offices, conference rooms, break areas, and a large all hands area where the majority of the office can gather. We are happy to continue work on this campus!
