We had a major office reconstruction project that McLarney handled for us and I could not recommend them highly enough. Half way through our T.I. we decided to incorporate a first-rate demonstration theater and a dedicated training room. McLarney stepped up with construction alternatives, cost saving ideas and scheduling options. They finished the primary construction phase and then moved on to complete the theater and training room with little interruption to our personnel's daily routine. The entire project was brought to a successful and timely completion.

There are times when you want to innovate and other times when you don’t want to re-invent the wheel. McLarney gets that and during project work guided us toward cost reductions without sacrifice to our design concepts. During one project, they built and moved two building groups simultaneously in less than six months from start of design to move-in. McLarney made several difficult problems go away with simple design changes that cost us nothing. They continued to look out for us when undertaking another Ricoh project and pointed out both problems and possibilities regardless of who was performing the work. They really worked as part of the dynamic of the whole team.

McLarney’s project team recommended practical and effective approaches to resolving the building’s existing interior conditions. They were solution-oriented. They implemented aggressive course of actions when encountering interior challenges and successful resolution followed swiftly (i.e., Faced with a tight deadline for completing some very elaborate finish work and a subcontractor was not producing the intended result, they replaced him immediately). Daily feedback included intense review of site, plans and on-going progress. McLarney was able to get our job done on time and with interiors and finishes that met everyone’s expectations.
